Tel Aviv committee to review East Tel Aviv master plan, with towers up to 45 floors

The local planning committee will discuss next week the professional team's recommendations on about 500 objections to master plan TA/5500 for east Tel Aviv. Developers including Rasco, Gabai Group, Aura and Netanel Group may receive added building rights and greater heights, with up to 45 floors in the HaTikva neighborhood. Some developer requests for towers in central Yad Eliyahu and other areas were rejected.
What it means for buyers abroad
The plan affects the future density and building heights in eastern Tel Aviv. Buyers abroad considering these areas should follow the final approved version, as outcomes may still change.
