The objections investigator for the huge Pi Glilot plan, which includes close to 20,000 housing units, recommended that the state receive no building rights for 211 dunams expropriated earlier for a cemetery that was never built. Despite his instruction to publish revised allocation and balancing tables, the national housing committee (Vatmal) has not yet done so. It is now expected to discuss the recommendation without private landowners present.

What it means for buyers abroad

The plan's rights allocation is still under dispute, so timelines and final terms for this large Gush Dan project may shift. Buyers abroad should treat any projected delivery dates as uncertain.
