5 November 2026 · Based on Israel Real Estate Center

A plan promoted by Hod HaSharon municipality in the Ramatayim neighborhood was approved for deposit. Six older residential buildings with 80 apartments would be demolished and replaced by four buildings of up to 20 floors with 202 apartments. The site is near the planned "HaBanim" metro station and joins other renewal plans along Ben Gurion Street.
What it means for buyers abroad
Urban renewal near planned metro lines is advancing in Gush Dan towns outside Tel Aviv. Deposit approval is only an early planning stage, so completion is typically years away.
