Amid a slowdown in new-home sales and growing developer inventory, Gindi Holdings launched a promotion covering 300 apartments in 4 projects. Buyers pay 20% at signing, 50% at delivery and the remaining balance only after ten years, with no interest or indexation. Another developer, Aviv of Lesico, is also presenting a new financing offer.

What it means for buyers abroad

Developers are using deferred-payment terms to move unsold stock, so buyers abroad may find more flexible payment structures. Compare the total cost and contract terms carefully before committing.
