We send you a link like agentplus-israel.com/r/yourname. Anyone who arrives through it is credited to you for 12 months, even if they come back later.

Your client browses and contacts us
Every home on the site has photos, a map, the neighbourhood's real sale prices and a mortgage and purchase-tax estimator.

We do the work in Israel
Video tours, negotiation, an English or French-speaking lawyer, a bank used to foreign buyers, and signing by power of attorney if your client can't fly in.

You follow it live and get paid
Your private partner page shows each client's first name and stage. When the deal closes, we pay by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving our commission, against your invoice.

Questions
Who can join?
Real estate agents abroad, relocation advisers, community organisers and anyone whose network includes people buying in Israel. Agents who accompany their client through the purchase receive 30% of our commission; referrals receive 20%.
When is the fee paid?
Only on a completed purchase, after we have received our own commission, by bank transfer (in shekels, dollars or euros) within 14 days, against your invoice. The exact terms are confirmed in writing when you join.
What do I see about my clients?
First name, language and stage (enquiry, viewing, offer, reservation, contract). For privacy we never show phone numbers, emails or property details.
Does it cost anything?
No. There is no fee to join and no minimum.
